1. The service

The CRM is a hosted service for fitness clubs. The club (the customer) uses it to manage clients, memberships, check-ins, schedule and the cash desk.

2. Accounts and trial

A new club starts with a 30-day trial without a card. After the trial the club chooses a paid plan or the account becomes read-only. Data is never deleted because of an unpaid plan.

3. Liability

Placeholder text. The final liability, payment and termination terms are written with the company lawyer.
